Sand offers a lot of entertainment in terms of movement, experience, perception stimulating the senses and nerve pathways. Playing with sand has a soothing effect, which helps to calm down and get concentrated. Touching, tapping, shaping or smoothing the sand also produces a comforting sensory stimulation which has a structuring effect. The glass bottom of this tray allows to place colored paper, an image, a luminous tray, etc. These elements become visible when using the sand.
