Description

A fun trolley for sensory and emotional activities was designed to soothe and comfort the elderly with cognitive disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease in emergency situations. The proposed activities invite residents to refocus their emotions through a process that is both entertaining and sensory. In order to best meet the needs and interests of each nursing home resident, the CLASE offers different types of specific games: empathy dolls, motor skills games, manipulation or constructing games as well as sensory elements that stimulate the touch, vision and hearing.
